Phalaenopsis, leaves withering and drying out

Hi there... hope all is well. For the past 3-4 months I kept on with my orchid as we discussed. During this period I tried to pot it again but I went back to the situation that led me to un-pot in the first place, so it was back to square one. Now although it sprout new roots and the leaves got stronger, I noticed that they began yellowing and I also noticed a small spot of rot(?) that I tried to clear? Can I still save it? What should I do?

You will need to go back to the start. Take the plant out of the pot, clean the roots and reroot it again, as you did before.

You also need to figure out what went wrong. Did you water too much?
