Default Large black spots on Twinkle leaves

I noticed these large, black spots on my Onc. Twinkle leaves not long after I repotted it (RepotMe's Classic Oncidium Mix). They don't appear to be spreading per se, as in, they aren't getting larger, but I've noticed a few more on other leaves. Now, a few new leaf growths have turned yellow and died off.

I'm not sure if this is bacterial or fungal. I had a couple other 'chids lose leaves, but I think that was because I accidentally forgot to water for a couple weeks (oops). None of my other plants are showing any spotting like this, but I do have a phal that has sap on the underside of its leaves, which makes me wonder about bugs.

Any thoughts?

(Having trouble importing photos at the moment--I will try again in a little bit).

No water for a couple of weeks will definitely affect Oncidiims.

It is little difficult to tell exactly what it is. You may contact experts like exterminator roseville forthe detailed information.
