Default Is this sun burn

Could this be sunburn? I saw a red mite on this orchid a couple weeks ago, but haven't seen anything on it since. Could this be sunburn? I don't think it's had any trauma. This orchid is going in a tank with my others and I don't want to intro any kind of diseases.
