This may be secondary to bright light, and not a problem.

I've notice a very similar appearance on the underside on the leaves of my Cattleyas. At first I panicked and thought half of my collection has a virus. There doesn't seem to be any loss of vigour, and the flowers don't show any sign of colour breaks. The texture of the leaves feels perfectly normal and smooth. Should I worry?

A lot of catts can get red speckles, I wouldn't worry. Make sure your plants get enough calcium and mag.

I concur that it may be a high light condition and not a problem.
