Oncidium leaves browning/ drying fast!

Hey,

I have a couple of oncidiums and their leaves have started to dry out and change to this brown scaly colour. Kindly help me out with it. Is it a disease? Or is it normal?

It looks like a possible reaction to being too hot and dry. This can also happen with too much fertilizer or when the medium isn't being flushed well enough (flushing=water being run through the pot for a while to remove excess fertilizer or other minerals/salt).

Are all, or most leaves affected? Or just ones on older pbulbs? Just the bract foliage (the leaves that are on the sides of the pbulbs) ? Leaves on the tops of pbulbs ?

No, just a couple of leaves from each plant is affected and it's mostly on the older pseudo-bulbs. It is affecting both bract foliage as well as the leaves on the top of pseudo-bulbs.
