Help! Rot on oncidium twinkle pseudobulb?

Yikes! Found this on one pseudobulb of what appeared to be a healthy plant in spike. Doused the whole thing in cinnamon. Remove the bulb or does whole plant need to be tossed.

Spot goes right through to other side of pseudobulb.
