Phal has black spots on roots
I bough this little phal orchid at the grocery store a week ago. It was in spag moss and I re-potted it in bark and charcoal mix. When I was re-potting it, I notice it lost a few dead roots but didn't think much of it. What worried me was the black areas at the bottom crown so I put a little cinnamon on the areas and sprayed it with peroxide. Two days later its roots were already turning a gray color so I watered it with distilled water. Today I noticed the roots were turning a deep green color so I pulled it out of its pot to examine it. Now it has black spots on its roots and it doesn't look like the healthiest orchid out there... I need someone's opinion because I feel like I'm running out of options. I have a few pictures of it so you can get a good look of what I'm dealing with. The leaves are in great shape by the way. The brown spot in the center of the leaves is just cinnamon. I put a a little there as a precaution of its crown rot.
