Default Are my seedlings diseased?

These are recently defllasked seedlings that I potted in semi hydroponics. I'm suspicious of the color they're turning at the base, but should I be concerned? If so, what should I do? I already sprayed with with a copper based fungicide just in case.

I don't see anything to be overly concerned about. Those "base leaf" tissues are going to fade away anyway.

I might have potted those a fraction deeper, but if he humidity around the pots is sufficient, that's no problem.

What a cuty! Is the yellow piece in the new growth? Yellowing on big orchids is caused by excess of light! Is she getting too much light maybe?
