I did some Virus testing.... Female
Default

This phal was Phal Sogo Kitty. It did have some odd yellow marking along the edge of the leaf which I tried to capture in the photo. Otherwise it grew very nicely with lots of roots. The two reasons I wanted to test this plant was the yellow markings and not flowering. If your plant has the right conditions and doesn't flower, it is a likely possibility it has a virus from my conclusion.
I recommend virus testing for piece of mind to those that want virus free plants.
On the other hand if your phal looks healthy, has normal foliage and flowers I wouldnt worry. My other phals were fine!!
