Hiya!

My boyfriend has recently ordered [I]Phalenopsis bellina[I] for me and it has just arrived today from Netherlands. However, I have noticed this disscolouration of leaves on one side.

Any ideas what could it be? Is it bacterial infection or too much fertilizer? I apologise for bothering but I'm a beginner in orchids' care.

I wouldn't worry too much, the plant looks healthy. Check the leaf base for any blackness that could indicate rot. The leaves are lighter than hybrids, a lime colour, so don't expect them to turn deep green. They appreciate warmer temperatures and can take more light than hybrids too. The spike may stall as it adapts to it's new home, it may sit there doing nothing for a while, so don't worry if you don't see any growth for a while
