Mold or what?

I saw some other threads about what seems to be the same disease/infestation. But I'm not sure...

What do you think this is? And how can I get rid of it?

I don't know if this developed due to humidity levels. I have this den near to a Phap and because the temps here are getting really high (37ºC / 97º F outside, 25ºC / 77º F inside and, as usual, they will go higher) and humidity very low (between 15 to 20%), I have beed spraying the plants with water 3 times/day. Maybe if I separate the Den from the Pahp, and move it to a less humid spot, this will be solved. What do you think?

Note: the Phap doesn't seem to have this disease.

Another note: the Den has 3 new canes which are showing some signs of infestation.
