Holcoglossum kim. with mold/fungi!?

I just noticed a fungi/mold growth near the roots of my Holcoglossum today during watering.
I immediately treated with some brown listerine but I'm unsure if this invader should be concerning or not?
It's near the roots so I'm nervous but it doesn't look like white fuzzy mold thats typically found on orchids.

Any suggestions or comments? Any ideas are helpful!
