Possible Paph Rot? Updated with new picture.

Hello everyone. I received a new Paph today from Hausermann orchids and after a thorough look over i noticed something strange. Perhaps this is me worrying to much but I am thinking this is small case of rot or mechanical/cold damage. Also, the leaves on the bottom are very pale two actually are white. Please give me all the advice you can. Thank you!
