Default Bifoliate with stains, may be fungus?

hi, I'm Rafael,I intend to make my presentation Thread later cause I think this is more important.
I bought these two cattleyas in a orchid shop near here.
the first is a C. harrisoniae trilabelo, the other is a common loddigesii.
I noticed that the C.harrisonae has some very small spots, I think that may be fungus . and the other has a spotted on the bottom leaf ,with another leaf a little wrinkled : _ (
is some kind of fungus or bacteria?
what do you think?
