Is this black rot?

Thank you, NYCorchidman. I've reduced the light levels and sprayed it with physan. I think you're right - it was just getting too much light. For some reason, my greenhouse is suddenly too bright for a few of my orchids. I think it's the combination of the trees being without leaves and the sun starting to come back toward the northern part of the sky. I'll definitely need to move a few of them around.

I wouldn't reduce the light as long as it isn't burning. The higher light will increase the odds that the plant will be able to bloom.

I echo the above comment.
Do not reduce the light because doing so will hurt the flowering potential big time.
Give it the maximum light without burning the plant and the flowering will be the best.

I give my little "vanda" type orchids nearly direct sun via window glass.
Some are nearly purple on the side exposed to light, but they all bloom fabulously well! hahaha
