They are on my bletilla striata and eulophia quineensis. This happened last year too. The main stems on the bletilla are half dead anyway so I cut them. One baby stem left. What should i do removw the bulbs from the pots? And cut off the leafes

How bad is the infestation? I spray the plant well with a mixture of rubbing alcohol, some dish soap and water (just straight 70% rubbing alcohol on buds).
