Default Translucent spots on Paph dorsal

These unsightly spots appeared within a couple days of this flower opening and they are multiplying. They seem to be limited to the dorsal sepal. What on earth are they from? I never splash water on it as it's on the top shelf. I had the same issue on the last flower. Is something eating it? I haven't seen any critters...? Could it be fungus? Or virus? ???

Thank you!

Those can be from mini bugs size of 2 millimeter or small cockroach. But for sure some bug it it.
AFTER YOUR ORCHID DONE BLOOMING REPOTE IT IF THE MEDIA STILL GOOD YOU CAN PUT IN A BIG BOWL AND FILK IT WITH HOT WATER LIVE FOR 20 MINITS SO ANY BUG OR EGG WILL DIE SPRAY THE ORCHID WITH RUBBING ALCOHOL AND RUB WITH A SOFT! TOOTH BRUSH GOOD LUCK

You can always spray but note that usually it won't effect eggs  most of the bug spray use a toxic that effect the bug while eating and untill the eggs will hatch it will wear off. So you have to spray endlessly.

I would suspect low humidity or mild dehydration.
