Help Identifying Disease on Phal

Does anyone know precisely what this is? Several of my previously healthy and happy Phals started exhibiting this weird pitted effect on the leaves. I'd like to know if this is treatable or if I should just toss them so they do not infect the rest of my orchids.

I hate to be pessimistic and I am hoping I am wrong but I am guessing either spidermite or virus. Spidermite doesn't always have webbing and some are impossibly tiny. It is very difficult to eliminate them but it can definitely be done. I snuff them with olive oil cooking spray in the evening, which I wash off the next morning with soapy water. However, they travel and if they are somewhere else..they return.
If you are absolutely certain that this isn't a mite problem, and these are big box store orchids, I would toss them into the trash. If they are something a little more valuable, I would isolate them and contact critter creek and see if they will test a leaf for virus.
This is just what I think. I really hope someone else has much better news for you. :|

I was thinking spider mites too, but also wondered if they have been subjected to more cold than usual?

Cold can cause mesophyll collapse and it can look pitted / streaky. If this appeared before it started getting cold, then it is something else.

I am wondering did that happen quickly like in a couple days? If so, I don't think there is any way that could be spider mites. I have had them a couple of times and the damage is gradual until you get a horrible infestation but unless you don't look at your orchids you would notice it before it got to that state.

Mites and general dehydration which could be from or over watering and thus rotting the roots.

Maybe fusarium. If this happened suddenly on several plants, I would be less inclined to think fusarium, more inclined to think mites or some sort of environmental cause, like low temperature.

Yep definitely looks like photos of spider mites. What is the best course of action? I have Bayer 3 in 1 and Neem oil.

It's possible that they have fusarium wilt too but they might just be super dry. They were rescue plants.

Thankfully, they are nothing particularly special. Just some random cheap Phals.
