Default Miltoniopsis without roots

Hello,
My name is Manuel and this is my first participation in the forum. I have read many of the threads, I found very useful information and I really like the way members participate always trying to help.
I'm a big fan of growing plants in general and I love orchids too. However, I consider myself a novice in the care of orchids because all I had before did not survive more than a few months. The problem that killed all my orchids (phalaenopsis, dendrobium, oncinum ...) was always root rot and almost always this was caused by the ball of moss that have at the base of their roots when they come from the nursery.
Now I am very concerned about trying to save my last Miltoniopsis. I bought it with flowers and was really beautiful. When flowering finished I removed the moss ball but the roots were already rotten and soft and I had to cut them. I applied a fungicide and I keep it attached to a stick in a glass container with moist clay balls in the background. I spray daily with vitamin B1 in water and after two weeks I see a new small lateral bud (in the photo).
What should I do now? To put it in a pot with pine bark? or it would be better with balls of clay in semi-hydroponics?

These orchid have fine roots, and like lightly moist potting media.
I don't grow in s/h, but it may do well that way. Or, pot in a plastic pot with fine fir bark mix.

if you can, always try to repot immediately after you get the plant, dont wait for the flowers to fall off.
a healthy plant will bloom again and again but a unhealthy plant that already bloomed might not bloom again for a long time or die.

for your miltoniopsis, you should spray it everyday and hope for the best, miltoniopsis never want to dry out so the lack of roots is a big issue because it cannot absorb water properly.
