Bacterial or Pesty or both?
Hello all
Trying to figure this one out. Got some Phals that are not doing so hot and can't figure out where it's coming from.
A few weeks ago I noticed some freckling on some of the seedlings that I had with a blue grayish sheen on top of leaves. I thought it might be spider mites, so I started treatment for that even though I didn't see any webbing or the mites themselves. After about a week and half, the Phal started having these yellow circles with a dot in the middle of it. I pulled knife and loupe out and started to carve it out . It came out like a little clump lint almost, looked that up I thought it to be the bougdevalle scale(think the correct spelling) I figure the current regimen would be ok as I was using Natria 3n1, guess it's called Bayer. Bout week and half ago the new leaves starting to have the sunken areas with a slimy looking coating. I am at a loss I know my regimen should play a part in trying relieve that issue, but for some reason it's not working, seems to be spreading to others. On a couple of plants I have nearly removed the whole leaf, with that being said collection is looking shabby.
Also could this be spread by the common house fly? I woke up around midnight a few nights back and found one of them on one Phal kept separate, because it still had blooms on it, by the morning the flower that it was on had wilted and was ready to drop, it also left two little brown spot(resembling scale) with small spheres in inside.its kinda hard to get rid of the flys, as we right next to pasture.
Insight and help would be greatly appreciated.

looks like phalaenopsis mite damage, they do not spin webs and cannot be visualized without a loupe.

I don't think those mites make a huge hole on the leaves like that.
Looks like rot of some sort. Or birds pecking the leaf?
Probably not, but that what it looks like.
I really have no clue, but does not look good.

Ok everyone
First off thank you guys for your posts, but still at loss of what this. I tried everything short of heavy Cides (bacterial or pest).
I did use hydrogen peroxide this weekend got some positive results seemed to slow it but its still going. I did notice that at very beginning around the freckling part saw some funky brown patches irregular in shape.
Well had to leave for a sec and upon returning I walked by this phal, I scraped this hole away 2 days ago, thought he might be in 5he clear after hydrogen peroxide battle past couple of days.HE DID LOOK ALOT BETTER THIS MORNING, buti looks to have come back I will takema pic
