Is it possible this is normal spotting? I just checked the plants in that area - they did all come from the same vendor. Both Sharry Baby plants and the brassidium, miltassia, and ondontoglossum have this though none as widespread as the monnierara.
(edited to remove Oncidium, since this isn't an Oncidium...:/)

I have found anything in the catasetum family is super tasty to the bugs....but give them a oncidium and nada....Apparently they have very expensive tastes...

Ugh. I think it must be fungal. Thankfully no other plants have this streaky yellowing. But I'm concerned.

Lol! I agree that bugs love the tasty ones. I have a pricey species phal summering outdoors, something ate a hole in the top leaf, but my the leaves on my less pricey deciduous dendrobium next to it weren''t touched.

Have you heard anything from the vendor? Mine lost two leaves too upon arrival.

Not yet, which is surprising bc he's great at communication. I sent him a second message. So this could also be environmental? I would be really sad to lose this plant especially with all of those buds.

Leaves yellow for many reasons, one is environmental. With Catasetums I get less worried about leaf loss because they start to lose leaves at different times. I don't think you're going to lose this plant.

It just seemed really fast to me. I'm a little paranoid because the spots appear on so many of the plants from that shipment- all onc alliance (except this one).

The little points are definitely Thrips infestation. Low grade, but a special insecticide must be applied.
I recommend Spinosa/Conserve, Spirodiclofen/Envidor, Spinosad, Azadirachtin/Neem, Methiocarb/Mesurol.
The streaky yellowing has another cause.

I just got in and resold a bunch of these (I don't believe I sold to Suzanne, as I sure haven't gotten any emails from her...). The loss of the outer-most leaves on the pseudobulbs is an indication the plant experienced some stress - damned near every one I shipped did that - but it's really nothing to be concerned about. My own plant dried out faster than I expected, and did the same, but the rest of the leaves, the plants, and most importantly, the flower spikes are fine.
I don't believe the leaf loss and the spots are related. The latter look light tiny infection, or simply damage, occurring as a result of some sort of insect damage. If they are not spreading, again, I'd not be concerned.
