Default Red things all over root ball of baby Phal

Hello Orchid Community,

I hope everybody's day has been pleasant. Things were going alright until I came home from doing errands. I had sat down outside with my wife to have a smoke, and while we were talking I looked over at the other table where this baby Phal was an notice something red on her, at first I thought it was kind of algae, something made meharder so I pulled out the loop.
I am trying to figure out what these are so I can be prepared next time I'm sure I'm going to see it in my collection again since it is repotting season
My apologies if the picture is turned him or some of the pictures little blurred as I had the magnifying loop up to the camera on my phone.

I did read the little sticky about that and for some reason it just ain't happening with my phone

So I hope someone can help me with this as I don't know where they came from and it's the first time I have seen this the Phal was okay yesterday and today has yellow leaves and this stuff
