Default Brown areas on topmost leaves of new phal

Have googled and keep coming up with pseudomonas or fungal. But there is no foul smell, no watery discharge or discharge at all, no sunken appearance. I received this plant in the mail today with four other plants. The others all look fine. The smaller leaf blotch is sort of firmer and the larger is softer, like cooked spinach. I've emailed the vendor already and the plant is isolated.

Please disregard- the vendor was very quick to respond and is taking care of this- feels it is cell collapse from temperature.

Whatever it was, did not look good, and it's great that you got the situation taken care of.

Yeah, and they had a long journey from the original grower in Taiwan, I think.
