It looks to me like mechanical damage rather than any kind of disease or insect.

The stuff you posted in your pics are common physical damage that is of very low concern. There's nothing to worry about unless your Vanda has roots that are in distress, or has numerous leaves turning yellow and falling off rapidly.

Tucker and Philip, The roots were in severe distress. They had not grown for several months. Even in winter months the roots should have a small amount of growth. See picts from a month ago.
There was a noticeable difference in a few days from the Cleary's fungicide.
I didn't move the plant for there to be any mechanical damage.
I appreciate your input. Thanks.
