I think that is what I'll do. Will spraying it with hydrogen peroxide make a difference if it is mites?

I googled the Chao Praya Gem, it is beautiful.

I recommend against using HP on dendrobiums.
Washing the leaves down often is a good way to get rid of/to control mites, other than spraying something strong.

Regarding HP, here's my experience.
I sprayed down many of my orchids just to clean the leaves. Have you noticed what happens to your skin on your finger tip if you get HP on them? They turn white and dry. and this is exactly what happened to my dendrobiums. They developed many white indentations and also many of the leaves reacted overly sensitive to the light after having HP them, turning dark, not as in turning purple under strong light, but rather the dark pattern shows up like fine spottings all over the leaves, which these plants never exhibited before.

So I would be cautious on using HP on my orchids.
