Default tiny baby grasshoppers...

My grow space has been invaded by tiny baby grasshoppers they must have been in my media..what is a good way to get rid of them? Will the bayer w neem oil get rid of them? I cant remember if that will rid me of grasshoppers or not. Oh and for a funny I found them when I was moving plants and one landed ony nose another on my glasses effectively scaring the tar out of me.

I also just cleaned and replanted all of my orchids as well..

Hi,

You could try Carbaryl 5% Dust. This is the description given in the store I like:

Controls many insects in vegetable gardens & ornamentals. Use in lawns for Fall armyworm & Sod webworm CONTAINS: 5% Carbaryl Insecticide. USE ON: Most vegetables, lawns, ornamentals and fire ant mounds. CONTROLS: Mexican bean beetles, armyworms, leafhoppers, grass hoppers, tomato fruitworms, flea beetles, corn earworms, fire ants, ticks and fleas.

Leave you the link in case you need it: Control de plagas para orquídeas
