Virus or not?

It had the infection when I got it so I don't know what kind of lighting conditions it had. All my indoor orchids sit on shelves under lights so I don't really have anywhere indoors to put it without it being near the others orchids.

It wasn't an expensive plant so it isn't really worth risking the health of my whole collection. Having said that I also hate the thought of throwing away a healthy plant just cause it has a few leaves that are damaged.
