The spots I was referring to are under the leaves in the pic in my OP.

I used your mixture.

Looks like their numbers have gone down quite a bit. I sprayed again, and the flowers are fine, but not thrilled. They get "heavy" when I spray. I will check tomorrow and maybe I won't spray them and give a break. It looks like 90% are gone, or so.

Any thoughts on the black spots? If it's fungus, what's the best method?
