Default Reddish leaves falling down on Bulbophyllum aemulum

Hi guys, what's wrong with my Bulbophyllum?? Leaves turn red and fall down quickly!! Bacteria?
What can I do?

I had red leaves develop on mine and it was due to too much light. But the yellowing leaf and the spotted leaf with a little red in it makes me wonder, also due to the red leaf withering.

Hope you get an answer on this! In the meanwhile, "bump".

My guess would be too much light as well but I'm not sure.

I don't think too much light because it was in an orchidarium since september under phytolite. It has lost all leaves quickly. They turn red and fall down.
