Default Bubbles on phal leaf
Hi,
On of my phals started having some kind of small bubbles appearing on it's top leaf. 4 of the bottom leaves went yellow and fell. That plant has never been sick before. Here's a photo of the "bubbles''

could it ba aphyd bites?
I had an infestation in a fuschia not long ago.

Convex => edema, if it makes a "tunnel" in line it an insect we call "Mineuse" in French, eating thru the leaf.
Concave => bites, spidermites, cold… depends.
