Default Post phal. Crown rot question

I am embarrassed to confess that, for the first time, I let one of my big older Phals get a severe case of crown rot.
The plant Post phal. Crown rot question-image-jpg
As you can see it still has a viable leaf, a few air roots and the root system in the media are fat, green and healthy.
Is there any hope for this plant?
Is it worth keeping around just to see if it might produce a kikie?
Please give me your and opinions. I hate to give up on a plant . Especially when it's problem is due to my carelessness.
Thanks in advance for your advice.

For myI would go ahead and trash it. However, it will be a good learning experiment if you keep it and try for a basil keike.
Good luck.

Thanks for your advice Joann! You are probably right about trashing it! I'd love to get a Keike. They come without worry on so many plants like the den.king..thought it might be worth a try!
Thanks again

If it recovers from this, it will take years to do so. 2 or 3 at least. It may, or may not, produce a keiki, who knows? I can't tell if it has enough energy to do that, but somehow I suspect not.

With what I can see, IMO, the best thing to do is chuck it and go buy another one.
