Default Is this mealy bugs?

Is this mealy bugs and if so what do I do? I repotted it about a week ago. Its like spider web stuff or mildew powdery stuff.

I'd say Yes !
There are plenty of organic methods to clear this up ( neem oil, soap mixture, alcohol swabs ) or chemical - I will leave that choice up to you....

Absolutely mealy bugs. You can start with the neem/alcohol/soap suggestions, and make sure to check every plant within 20 feet carefully, every few days for several weeks. By this stage they have almost certainly spread to nearby plants.

Thanks for the replies! I wiped it down with isopropyl alcohol and will clean it every few days and look for other infected plants. My orchids are having some major problem because I think I'm having bacteria or fungus issues too and my plant quality has gone down I am worried
