Whats the safest way to get rid of some mold?

Even with an excellent air movement, mold or any other fungal agent will still grow when the humidity is high. Air movement does not keep particles from touching the surface of things.

Visit any nice nursery with high humidity and great air circulation. There are moss, fungi including mold growing somewhere, be it pots (in and out), on and under the leaves.

That is true. However, air movement often dries the surface between watering which deters the growth of mold.
It is just those plants that the soil is ever damp that I have the mold.
When I make cuttings, I use sterile soil and rooting hormone, then seal the cuttings in zip-lock bags...no mold even though they stay wet and have zero air-flow.

I've been to a lot of nice nurseries and you should never see mold growing, even though there are spores everywhere!

This is the key! Those same nurseries that I've been to always have high humidity and high air movement which keeps the visible mold at bay.

Most fir or pine bark is shipped wet. Logs are piled up in the mill and sprayed constantly to preclude auto combustion. When the logs go to the debarker the bark is collected and graded. It is wet. Good solid bark like that from Pinus Radiata or similar dense firs don't absorb as much water as say Ponderosa or Douglas fir do. Some bark is kiln dried as part of the contract with who ever is buying it for orchid or other uses. But most is shipped wet and when we get it, the natural molds found everywhere starts to grow when exposed to light. Sometimes when you get a bag of bark that has been underneath lots of other bags, you'll find small mushrooms growing. It won't hurt anything but care must be exercised as other oportunistic molds and fungi can also grow. I would get a mold/fungal spray from HD/Lowes/other nursery and spray your media.
