I am thinking that could be Odontoglossum Ring Spot Virus ORSV). Of course without testing you can't say for sure. But I saw some very similar images on the web. Make sure this does not share water or tools with any other plant and wash hands with anti-bacterial soap after handling this plant.
Others will hopefully weigh in. Sometimes fungal infections cause spots but this has such obvious rings to it.

I would have said ring pot virus too but the fact that it presents with black rings make me think a fungus. With RSV from what I have seen has a removal of chlorophyll in rings before it KO's. Also, it progresses much fast than a fungi. I think if it is quarantined that you might as well try a fungicide/ Bactericide.
Another thing I thought was interesting was that in the center of the rings was a depression that looked like it had been a bug bite. Do you have bugs?
Anyway, Good luck!

I've never seen anything like that but I don't like the looks of it. Keep that plant away from your others.

Thank you silken, calypsob, and Tucker85. I've moved the plant into isolation and have sprayed with Bayer 3 in 1, that's all I had. I haven't seen any bugs on this plant or any others in that room, but that doesn't mean something isn't there that I haven't detected yet. I'll be keeping a close eye on this plant's previous neighbors for any spread of this, whatever it is, and I hope it can pull through. Thanks again for taking a look and giving your advice.

Good luck! Something like that would make me nervous, too. It is that ring pattern, so typical of virus. But, I think isolating, treating, and observing it is the best course of action. If it is a virus, the plant will continue to go downhill, no matter what you do. If it is merely a fungus, treating it for fungus should make a difference. Good luck! Please let us know what happens!

Usually a virus infected leaf will have the pattern on both sides of the leaf. I think it is a fungal infection and the black dot in the center is where the fungus first attacked. The rings going away from the original dark spot is the plant trying to fight off the infection. The marks are also on the newest growth, not on the older growth which would have the most infection.
I would do as others say, keep it quarantined for a while.
