Wintergirl. Two people just told me that mine looks like scarring from maybe puncture or some other mishap. If not, I hope someone here chimes in.

They could be old oedema spots. Occasionally a plant will get kind of a bump filled with fluid, I think caused by too much moisture. They don't spread (unless some infection sets in) and they are harmless. Yours look like some I have seen. It just looks like a scar whether from oedema or a bug or mechanical damage.
