Yellow streaks on Fritz Boedeker Witch Doctor..
Upon watering this morning I noticed these yellow streaks on the leaves of my Witch Doctor Fritz Boedeker.
Anyone know what they are? Thank you in advance!
Orchid hugs

Reason: add the correct name of plant.

I would say either it's getting too much light, or it's got too much water at the roots.
I can't really see the bulbs in your photos. Do they look plump and green, or does their color seem off to you as well?

They look green and healthy. They do have a few wrinkles that they came with, and have never left, but otherwise the color is bright and they're sturdy. Except for those streaks on those leaves. I usually wait till the bark is dry before I water...

Yeah, two of mine have wrinkles that they came with that I don't think are ever going to go away. I think once they wrinkle, they're wrinkled.
I'm not sure what to tell you. I do think streaking could also be related to a change in nutrition and I think they can also be caused by bugs, but if you're not seeing any indication of insects on your plant, then I would look to your fertilizing routine and your water quality. If you switched fertilizer, it could be that it's unhappy with the new product. Also, look up a local water quality report and see if anything has changed in the last couple of months.
Edited to add: Hopefully some members with more experience will chime in and offer their thoughts!

Okay on the wrinkled phulbs sounds like they were dehydrated before you got them and just fyi they will not stretch back out if they were left that way for long. It may be they are getting to much sun.
How long have you had this one? When did you repot? How often do yo fertilize?
Mine got sun burned when I put mine in almost direct west facing sun...My bad! Just make sure though they dont dry out and the new growths will not shrivel up. these like wet but not soaked or standing water.
good luck good growing! Though not thinking bugs especially in a straight line.

Guys I made a huge mistake! It's not the Urchin, it's the Fritz Boedeker Witch Doctor. I didn't look at the tags! Sorry! I just edited the op. Sorry

Hmm...I've never had streaking like that on my Fritz Boedecker, but I tend to underwater and get ugly kinked leaves. EVERY new growth since I've had it. xP I want to say sunburn off a reflective surface, but it doesn't really look like a sunburn. =\
People always say pbulbs don't unwrinkle, but I forgot about this orchid in the corner for months and months and the pbulbs were flat (but green) and now they are plump with fine lines in them. I didn't water more often to undo it...just once a week or more if the medium dried out sooner. *shrug* This doesn't work on the other pbulb orchids I have...just this one, which is really strange, but I'm okay with it.

LOL! kindrag23, as I was walking out, I saw the tag on the ground! It was by the gate which is at least 20 feet from the porch, so I have no idea how it got there! My son said maybe a bird? But I really haven't seen birds on my porch....oh well...
