Phalaenopsis bellina signs... Male
Default Phalaenopsis bellina signs...

I have this phal bellina that's currently blooming, just not sure why there are these patches on the leaves, anyone can ID?

I think the last photo is sunburn, though not very sure, it's an indent that's just like that, but I'm worried about the other area though, I thought it was red spider mite attack (those pests seem to have found their way to my garden lately) but there's no sign of them... anyone can diagnose the problem?

The last photo is a good representation of bacterial or fungal damage caused by staying too wet. The sunken areas are a dead giveaway.

The others are indicative more of mechanical damage - maybe slight bruising during handling or even sucking insects, that led to ultimate tissue death. Generally, it does not continue to advance, but if the plants are allowed to stay wet for any extended length of time, it can leave an opening for fungi and/or bacteria.

The species thrives on warmth and humidity, so air flow is a key factor to maintaining those, but still drying rapidly.

Oh dear, I'll apply some fungicide and cinnamon on it then? Thanks for identifying!
