bulbo frank smith leaf spotted?

Okay, this is my new bulbo. It was lost in transit and had shipped last thursday. Just got here today. They seem okay but one leaf, is looking kind of odd. Want to make sure this is not a fungus before I set it with my other plants.

I really do not know, hard to tell, but I did spray all my new from Thailand with Physan today and everything else with Bud's cinnamon remedy to protect any fungi spread, so I hope nothing will happen at my balcony, maybe it would be safer to just spray it also?

Also since have doctored with physon, and then thanks to fabo ob member used a 1/5 aspirin to one quart water to take hop3fully give a boost with magical and seaweed ext.

All I had was excederin and it has 500 mlg aspirin. So cut it down to about a 1/5 or slightly bigger.

Okay these have dunked these in the aspirin regimen as well as having been doctored with physan. I am now seeing another leaf with the spotting....what is this!!!
