Bacterial spot???? photos included!

Thank you all for the help. Does anyone know of a Bio-Control. I have and use Trichoderma harzianum and Trichoderma konigii for all roots. I also have a Bacterial inoculant That contains BT. Bacillus subtillus, Bacillus licheniformis, Bacillus azotoformans, Bacillus megaterium, Bacillus coagulans, Bacillus pumlis, Bacillus thuringiensis, Bacillus stearothermiphilis, Paenibacillus polymyxa, Paenibacillus durum, Paenibacillus florescence, Paenibacillus gordonae, Azotobacter polymyxa, Azotobacter chroococcum, Sacchromyces cervisiae, Streptomyces griseues, Streptomyces lydicus, Pseudomonas aureofaceans, Deinococcus erythromyxa (372 million cfu/lb each).

The plants have been outdoors this summer and I can only imagine insects are partially responsible. But BT is said to suppress fungal infection and help ward against any infection in the first place. Certain fungi and bacteria do trigger the plants SAR and futher strengthen the plants natural defenses and antibiotics within. So chemical intervention is said to be a last resort.

In all honesty the plants have become more of an issue than what they are worth to me. My chemical IPM doesn't seem to be working and I am afraid that because of these plants, I am now risking a problem with my others garden(s). Mites, fungus, bacterial infections....really? This could be a lot bigger than words can say. I hate to just throw them away, and I cant morally give these to a gardener friend with the chance they will infect their gardens. I would assume it safe to offer them to anyone on this forum. Plants are free, but I will require postage paid. We can chat on the method of shipping and packaging. Send me a message if you are interested.
The phal is unknown, but has very beautiful med-large showy blooms that are mostly a sparkly pearl white with pink highlights and yellow speckaled dusting.
The others (3) odontocidium wildcat green valley- variation D.
