Blisters and pits on Phal leaves

Hi everyone! I seem to have a new problem with three of my phals. There are some spots on the leaves that I cannot figure out. The first photo shows (blurrily, I know, sorry!) a white spot that is raised on the leaf there. I am also concerned with this plant because the flowers are wilting suddenly, and not the oldest ones first. The two buds that bloomed after I got it never even fully opened like the rest. The second photo shows my oldest phal and it has dry white pits on a couple of the leaves. I have found and treated scale insects on this plant, but I didn't know they left pits like this, so I'm not sure that's the problem. The third photo shows another phal (I think; hasn't bloomed for me yet) that has raised blister like marks on a couple of the leaves. I would appreciate any help or suggestions identifying the problem(s) with these guys. Thanks!

My first thought for the third phal, was scale... Does it scrape off with your fingernail? If not, it could be edema... (See below)

The spot in the second pic looks fine, it looks like something got to it, and it healed on its own (I say this, because it looks dried out, & papery-ish)... Keep an eye out, just to make sure it doesn't spread, if it does, then it's something to worry about... It is also bad if it has (or gets) a yellow ring around it (the yellow ring being in the living tissue, on the edge of the dried out papery tissue) that would mean that it has an infection of some kind (whether it be fungal, or bacterial, I don't know)... Has it been exposed to cooler temps at night, while possibly having water on the leaves? That could be a cause of a spot like this

The first pic (sorry for going out of order, lol), I'm wondering if it's edema (excess fluids, that eventually causes a blister) see the link below, down towards the bottom, it explains edema better than I can... especially at this hour! (almost 3am) Lol

On page 43, it explains edema (btw, this is a good reference to have, & if you can, I'd suggest bookmarking it... It has helped me in the past, for sure ) ::

...one thing I like to use on spots that I'm concerned about (like the one in the second pic, usually before it's dried the way yours has) is Gentian Violet, it's found at drug stores, in a small, dark brown bottle (although, Walgreens doesn't seem to carry it anymore... Apparently, it's kind of an antiquated product) I just dab it on any suspicious spots with a q-tip, and it heals it right up, & keeps it from spreading... It will leave a purpleish stain for a little while tho.... (As well as on your skin, but it doesn't last more than a day on your skin) but, I wouldn't wanna have to grow orchids without it..

I'd say:
- 1 and 2, mechanical damage or you have an evil snail around. Mechanical damage has my preference. (this if 1 is concave)
- 3: edema

Thank you thank you! I have listened gratefully to your advice and waited it out. I got rid of some scale insects on the second orchid photo and everything seems all better now and nothing has spread.
