little update: finally finished repotting all of them. In my Home Depot they didn't have physan20 so I all dipped them in the H2O2. Since I had 12 I thought I try different media. Many are LECA only, some are bark & moss, some bark & LECA, bark & moss & perlite,...
All are in clay pots. I didn't find small ones with holes on the side so I got normal ones in the Dollarshop (3 for 1$!!!), cut side ventilations with the angle grinder and drilled bigger holes in the bottom. It's very easy, especially if the pot was soaked before!
I also found liquid Seawead stuff (brand "Acadie"). I read that's good for the roots? Should I - and when - use that? I thought of letting the media dry for the night and give them some tomorrow?
now keep your fingers crossed

I don’t use “simple seaweed”, I use Botanicare Liquid Karma (including seaweed) during the spring and summer growing season and for me is miraculous, I never lost an orchid.

Thanks! The pot on the left though, I bought it like this. The smaller ones I did and will do myself on bigger ones as well next time. angle grinder is the most versatile and useful tool I ever bought. Love it!

They need the TLC that sometimes is very difficult to do.....nothing. Just observe and be patient. Put your hands behind your back when reaching for the watering can and walk away !!!
Good luck with your experiment, they look very nice.
