It's been six months and still don't know what this is

Hello everyone, haven't been here a while! that's nursing school for ya.
Even though i've been busy i always keep an eye on my plants and one of my orchids has been having this one problem since i got it! re-potting did not help.
here are some pictures.
As you can see there seems to be like a spider web type of thing.. i tried treating it with physan but it keeps coming back! thing is i don't see any spider mites or anything and the orchid is growing fine.. Any help would be great.

Physan 20 will not kill this white fuzzy creature

soap will do the trick....

10 drops dish soap
2 cups tepid water

put it in a spray bottle and drench the whole plant especially the crevices....

make some more to soak the pot in a basin or pail for 5 minutes to kill the eggs

repeat next week

Bud, are you thinking mealybugs? If yes, I have never heard of them making a webbing before.

Or, are you thinking of something else?

Katsols seems to have ruled out spider mites. When I first looked at it, I was thinking maybe fungal mycelium.

You are correct. Get rid of the sphagnum moss and pot in bark or lava rock. The conditions that encourage mycileum also encourage other more nasty things.

It's my fifth or more time changing it and it keeps coming back, i can't keep changing it .. i want to permanently fix the problem, this is the only orchid that has this.

Change to bark. Large 1/2 inch size. Use a fungal dip instead of a spray. Remove as much of the moss as is practical, dip the whole plant in a fungal spray, and repot into bark.

How is the plant doing over all?
Like the other guys said it looks like fungus.
Post a pic of the whole plant. What kinda container is it in, did you reuse the container when you repotted?
Looks like the root system is being affected too. What are your conditions.?

It’s not spider web, I think it’s a kind of mold (molds can survive harsh conditions) reduce humidity and increase air circulation.
Maybe you house is infested, a source of humidity in your basement?

Try Hydrogen Peroxide. Drench plant and medium. It may take a few applications. It won't do any harm and it might help.
