Default What is this problem?

This is a Coelogyne pandurata division. The leaves dont have anything on them as far as pests but you can see these plaques that have formed. I am thinking this is a virus of some sort but I am not sure. Any ideas? Should I just toss this plant or try to keep it going? Thanks.
