Default Cattleya with black spot on leaves

I apply cinamon on cut roots, the cattleya is without healthy roots, sorry for my broken english

You should rinse the cinnamon off of the root area. It is harmful to roots

This looks like a 'back bulb' division. The black dots are most likely due to overall stress, not a disease. I also believe the plant is very much over potted. place it in a small pot that just accommodates the division, mist it frequently and hope for a new sprout to form. This may take some weeks.

I agree, it is over=potted which will lead to root rot. I also agree, cinnamon is not good for the roots.

You might want to soak the plant in some seaweed water and use it when you water the plant to help encourage new root growth. Let the plant dry in between waterings.
