Vanda Problem

This Vanda is one of 30 I have been growing for years. It and several others have started to do something I cant figure out. They produce spikes as usual and slowly start to wither, occasionally partially opening. Please take a look at the photo and HELP. Growing info: SW Florida in screened room, faces west, water daily(osmosis), fertilize weekly in summer(peters or dynagrow) SAME routine for years with tons of flowers !!
