Default Pest or virus

Have 2 Phalaenopsis thats not doing to good. Anyone here have an idea why they have discolored leafs? And any treatment?

If it is rot, try one of the permitted systemic rot cures allowed in your country. Here it's Thiomyl, but that may not be allowed in your country?
