Default White Mold oncidium/odontglossum Remedies?
I think I've been overwatering and I'm now noticing white fuzzy mold on top layer of medium and roots. I've heard of cinnamon remedies...has anyone had success with this? Are there any other natural remedies I should try?

Ground cinnamon should not be used around roots, as it will dry them out. You might try hydrogen peroxide 3% (what is typically sold in stores). Repotting into fresh media might is probably ideal.

I would dip the whole pot into the H2O2 solution and let it soak for 5 mins.
