I agree about re-potting soon if there are no drainage holes. If you are using bark or similar. Soak it overnight so it absorbs some water. New bark dries out quickly and some Phals have a bit of trouble moving from soggy sphagnum moss to quickly drying bark. It's a big change. Soaking it before hand will help. I like to use a mix of moss and bark, but whatever works in your environment is what you should use. My mix takes a little longer to dry than straight bark but I leave it very loose and open and have pots with lots of drainage and aeration holes.
