Pesticide tip sheet (future)

I am in the process of building a tip sheet for a future article that will summarize all the various pesticides, fungicides, etc. that we have discussed off-and-on. While I am perusing the board for past threads regarding various concoctions, etc. please PM me with the following, if you have it:

Name of pesticide/fungicide as shown on label.

Manufacturer

Active ingredients as shown on label, with %.

Recommended application rate from label.

Insects or conditions where this chemical is recommended. In other words, is it good for control of -----.

Any nasty things you've discovered in your use of it.

Is it systemic?

When I have a large enough base of info besides my own, I will assemble a handy table for the articles section on the Home page. Most of this info exists in various forms on lots of sites, but with the new members and folks new to growing, I thought it might be handy to have a summary table one can print off and post near their 'chids. Am I overstepping any bounds by doing this?

A final comment - if you have a home remedy that has worked, suggest that as well. I think I know most of them already. Obviously they don't have all the percent stuff, but what do you use it for and when and how and how much? Thanks.
