Yes, looks like a terminal spike. While the main crown won't grow further the mother may produce a basal keiki which will take over as the new crown of the plant. Good that you also have some keikis on it which you can grow if that doesn't happen.

Thanks for the replys everyone. I actually bought the plant in spike almost a year ago, not realizing it was a terminal spike. Well actually a friend and I had a discussion about how was the plant going to continue to grow, but I liked the look of the flowers and it had the keikis (smaller) at the time so for the 20 or so$ figured i'd give it a try....learning experiences.
